Born Scott William Lofquist lived in Ford River his whole life!
Scottin9ne started rapping when he was 12 first actual rap done ever
was S-9 on YouTube. His reason he got into rap is because all of the
fake stuff rappers talk about and the fakest of rappers that are just
studio rappers. The main reason why he raps is for the feeling of
expressing himself. He is what they call "Da U.P. Rap". this is
different from all the other types of rap there are in the world, it is
so unexplainable it is what his music is that is what "Da U.P. Rap" is.
